ICV Certification Services

The In-Country Value (ICV) program was introduced to strengthen the UAE economy by encouraging businesses to invest locally, employ Emiratis, and use UAE-based suppliers. Initially launched by ADNOC in 2017, the program now operates under the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT) as part of the National ICV Program, expanding its scope beyond the oil and gas sector to include suppliers across all industries.

The goal of the ICV initiative is simple — to enhance the contribution of local industries to the national GDP and create long-term economic growth. Companies are evaluated based on how much of their business activities benefit the UAE economy, and an ICV Certificate is issued reflecting that score.
